My husband and I decided to take a major leap in buying a home just before our lease ended. Beauty helped us find the most beautiful home in a matter of a few days, and we were under contract shortly after. Beauty went above and beyond making sure everything went well before closing and even after. She has a wonderful list of contacts from lenders to inspectors. Finding a place to live is such a unique experience. It can be intimidating and nerve-racking. You are looking for the place you'll spend your days. It needs to be a place you see yourself. It needs to be a place you feel safe. It needs to be a place where the current version of you feels comfortable and the future version of you can grow. It needs to be so much, and a lot of that is hard to explain to an outsider. That is where Beauty comes in. She just gets it. She understands what really matters to you and she works quickly, and tirelessly to find that for you.

More than that, she is so personable. I felt like a lifelong friend who really understood of me was helping me find a place to live. I felt so safe with her. Feeling safe and at peace is the best way to feel when finding a place to call home. Beauty made what could have been a very stressful experience, very easy.

Beauty was fantastic in helping us to find the perfect house for us and our two small children and learning about what we liked/disliked about each home we saw and applying that. She was always available for questions and was very warm and caring with the whole family. On the flip side of that, she was also a tough negotiator and worked to get us the best house at the best price. I truly felt like I got a great deal even in this crazy seller's market.

Working with Beauty was a real pleasure. Since it was our first house, we had next to no information about the home buying process. Beauty was incredibly knowledgeable about all the moving pieces, and always made herself available to answer our questions on various modes of communication at all hours of the day. She was happy to even set up 9 house tours on a Saturday because we were out-of-town clients and could only tour on weekends. She listened to our feedback on the homes we toured and adjusted her suggestions accordingly. Our sellers had already relocated and were disinterested in making any concessions to us whatsoever, even with having a house that needed a roof replacement and had a 15 year-old water heater and HVAC system. Beauty succeeded in communicating with the sellers’ agent to convince the sellers to negotiate with us in order to secure us a better warranty. She was a superb liaison between us, the sellers’ agent, the lender, and the closing attorneys, and our entire process with her felt seamless.

Beauty was a joy to work with! She helped us through every step of the home buying process. She provided great insight into certain properties and was able to figure out what we wanted most very quickly. By the end of touring, I don’t think we saw a house that we didn’t love. We highly recommend Beauty! When friends/family are buying in Atlanta, she is going to be the first name we recommend!
